Back Support Brace - Narrow Front

I love Back on Track lower back Back Braces. I use the one with the narrow front and have been doing so for over 10 years. If my lower back starts to ache, I put the brace on and within about 20 minutes it is feeling much better. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the brace comes with sewn-in plastic "stays" which means it stays stiff vertically and doesn't conform to the curves that many women have in the waist/hip area. That is, if the brace is snug on the hips, the upper part of the brace stands a few inches away from the waist area. To rememdy this I simply make a small incision at one end of the ribbon that holds each stay and remove the stays. But it would be nice if Back On track recognized that in the lower back/waist/hip area women are often built differently than men, and therefore made one without stays!

As I said above, it is helping but I haven't had it long enough to be sure it is helping. I do think it is but too early to tell for sure. I have had two procedures on my lower back in the last two years.
