Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you if this is the case.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Please note that orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional transit time and shipping costs.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through your account on our website.

We ship using the following carriers:

• FedEx
• USPS
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for your order.
Address Accuracy
Back on Track BOT LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@backontrackusa.com or through our chat window. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Back on Track BOT LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
1. Check with neighbors or building management.
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
3. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at info@backontrackusa.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@backontrackusa.com with the following information:
• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
