For more than 50 years, Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) has been a business-to-business information source for graphic design professionals. It covers news, people, project, trends, technology, products, services, and several national design competitions that culminate annually in showcasing the best in Graphic Design, In-house Design, Web Design, Package Design, Healthcare Design, and Digital Design.
This year there were over 10,000 entries and Limber Up® was acknowledged for its Logo Design which depicts strong brand recognition which is in step with its superior performance and product functionality benefits. Limber Up® LiniMint™ was created as an all-natural performance line of topicals and integrates extremely well, both in use and compatibility with the high-quality therapeutic fabric equipment sold by Back on Track USA, Inc. and widely used by equine, canine and human athletes alike. Limber Up® LiniMint™ can be used pre and post exercise to help ensure comfort and support of the free and proper movement for the athlete.
The Limber Up® LiniMint™ logo and packaging project was led by Stacey Small in collaboration with Beth Michalson Fiore of Graphicworks, based out of Port Washington, NY. Their attempt was to create a design to convey a professional, more high-tech approach to herbal products, while at the same time invoke a warm and invigorating feel of energy and movement. The line currently consists of a liniment leg and body brace, a liniment shampoo combination, and a liniment foam.
The project presented design and format challenges in order to take into consideration future line extensions planned for both pet and human markets. The project also included the naming of the line, logo design, brochure, all packaging, display units, banners and support collateral for the company’s marketing and sales efforts.
