Important Update From Our Managing Director



As a follow-up to my earlier letter, updating everyone on where we stood as we began to launch our new company. I want to again, apologize for the past short comings, mostly related to a lack of communication.

As we move forward from this difficult time, we express excitement and enthusiasm about the coming fall, the coming New Year, and the sharing with you of new product offerings.

Please note the following updates:

  1. Everyone (even our authorized dealers) is required to establish a new account when accessing online ordering. No accounts established prior to August 1st, 2021, were retained. We apologize for this.
  2. Current inventory stock is limited, and we ask for patience as we rebuild our inventory and product selection. If the product you are looking for is NOT on our site, then it is currently unavailable, and we ask that you keep checking back often. Please do not call or send us emails with inventory availability questions as we are currently unable to answer them.
  3. If you are looking for more information about product specifications, sizing, and benefits, please refer to our online FAQ’s. Please do not send us an email as we are currently unable to answer them.
  4. Consumer Helpline coming in 2022 in the form of ‘UGC’. As we continue to get ‘Back on Track’, we intend to offer ‘User Generated Content’. This is content generated by you our customers who are the real experts on our products dos and don’ts. More to come on this soon.
